Appointment of Lucie Ruat

Lucie Ruat, Inspectrice des Finances, has been appointed Chief of Staff of the SNCF Group.

A graduate of Sciences Po and HEC Paris, and an alumnus of ENA (Ecole Nationale d'Administration), she began her career in the service of the State by joining the General Inspectorate of Finance in 2015. For the next four years, she was in charge of a number of projects, including the State's real estate policy, the socio-economic evaluation of public investment projects, and the implementation of the withholding tax.

In 2018, she joined SNCF, where she piloted the SNCF Mobilités 2020 project, and in 2020 became Chief of Staff to the CEO of SNCF Voyageurs. From 2022, she will manage two successive TGV establishments:

• Director of TGV passenger services Paris Sud-Est and Bourgogne Franche-Comté
• Director of Services and Operations TGV Paris-Lyon-Alpes Establishment
