Appointment of Cédric Dutruel

Cédric Dutruel, Inspector of Finance, has been appointed Deputy Director of Tax, Financial and Economic Advice (GP-2) in the Local Public Management, Banking and Economic Activities Department of the Public Finance General Directorate.

A graduate of Sciences Po Lyon, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Institut national des études territoriales (INET), he has held senior management positions with the Pas-de-Calais Departmental Council, notably as General Secretary and then Deputy General Manager in charge of human resources and legal affairs.

From 2020, in his capacity as Finance Inspector, he carried out numerous assessment, audit and advisory missions in the fields of housing, employment, taxation and education.

From 2023, he will be deputy to Catherine Sueur, head of the General Inspectorate of Finance.
